iSAP Driver is an offline iOS or Android application that seamlessly integrates with SAP Business One. It has been designed for any type of company that has a transport team. The solution lets users see their drop-off route and deliveries in the most appropriate sequence.
iSAP Driver supports an unlimited number of routes, but only a single course per driver can be active. In addition, it supports a dynamic vehicle check survey with customisable questions such as mileage, tyres, oil, wipers, etc.
The solution displays a list of planned deliveries, customer contact information, and scheduled time slots. In addition, the app uses any Maps application to navigate and a call-to-customer shortcut to contact clients when deliveries are near.
Upon arrival, users can use their mobile to scan parcels using their camera, Bluetooth scanner or hardware scanning case. iSAP Driver requires the capture of a customer signature, printed name and any associated photos if needed. Data is synchronised back into SAP Business One and, depending on the status of deliveries, documents such as delivery notes or invoices can be created.
