The delivery woman driving the delivery vehicle using the delivery software. She is using a mobile phone with a driver aplication and satnav to locate the customer.

 

  • Works offline and syncs back into SAP Business One when the internet is available
  • SAP Business One assigns the vehicle registration number to the delivery note/sales order
  • The driver can log in and see all deliveries scheduled for the vehicle 
  • Delivery sequences of planned deliveries, including address, contact name and phone number are displayed
  • The driver can quickly call the next customer on the list 
  • Delivery addresses are viewed on the interactive map 
  • Scan parcels/parcel components using a phone camera or Bluetooth scanner
  • See how many boxes per delivery need to be scanned – highlighting any that may be missing from the vehicle
  • Take pictures of delivered goods as proof of delivery – the pictures will be sent to SAP Business One and attached to a delivery note or invoice.
  • Touch screen digital signature from the recipient for proof of delivery, also available COVID19 ZeroTouch PhotoSignature 
  • Sends delivery note back to SAP Business One with actual delivered quantities, pictures, signature and any comments 
  • Customise delivery status available if necessary (for example, Success->left in an alternative location or Success->left with the neighbour or Failed->Item not located in the vehicle)
  • Create and fill questionnaire with vehicle quality control inspection
