iSAP Driver conveniently displays a list of delivery points that are scheduled for the day. These are arranged in a pre-defined sequenced, based on user requirements. The application displays a series of details for drivers including, the next delivery address, customer contact details and any delivery instructions. Users can access Maps or connect to an external navigation system.
Upon arrival, the solution shows users details about the delivery and what items are to be unloaded. Drivers can use the barcode scanner to scan boxes while unloading with handy auto-validation to ensure the correct goods are delivered. The system will also alert drivers should any items not be removed from their vehicle.
When completed, users can capture an e-signature from customers or take a photo as proof of delivery. This record can then be sent to the customer and will automatically be attached to the source document in SAP Business One. Completed deliveries can then automate documents such as delivery notes or AR invoices in SAP.
